Irrespective of the results, if the andrology examinations made by a specialist were normal, or a disorder of the testis function (light, middle or bad) was reported, certain guidelines should be followed.
General Lifestyle
Physical work is usually healthier than brainwork. Brainwork under stress is even more unfavourable. Someone only doing brainwork should compensate by doing either sports or physical work outside.
Holidays shouldn’t be broken up into short periods. At least 8 hours sleep is recommended. When you do physical work all day, you shouldn’t continue it after normal working hours. Men working at night must get enough sleep in the daytime.
The positive effects of holidays, environment change etc, has been proved in many cases. It is not sensible to go on without holidays just because you wish for a child, or have reproduction problems. A bracing climate (sea or mountains) in middle altitudes is the best place for most people to spend their holidays. A physician or family doctor should be consulted if there are any illnesses or queries about your health.
It’s unfavourable to wear tight clothes, especially tight underpants when they press the testis on the inside of the thigh, or push them up to the bowel area. Even though there is more chance of injury, as the testis develop they are purposely transported out of the abdominal cavity into the scrotum. As a result the testis have a cooler environment. The advantage, even though there is more chance of injury, is ruined by wearing tight clothes. This of course does not apply to underwear that is sometimes worn by very cold temperatures, or when driving in a cabriole.
